Conditions of Sale:
 I, the Purchaser of (address) agree to the following conditions of sale:This cat/kitten has been sold as: (Show Breeding)___     (Neuter for Show)___ or  (Pet)___
  1. TruBlu does NOT believe in having a cat/kitten declawed. If Purchaser has cat declawed all guarantees are null and void.
  2. Under no circumstances will this cat be sold, leased or given to any pet shop, research laboratory or similar facility.
  3. Adequate indoor facilities will be provided and this cat will not be allowed to roam freely outdoors.
  4. If this cat is found to be neglected, in ill health or over bred, the Purchaser will surrender said cat to the breeder unconditionally and without any financial restitution or compensation.
  5. The Purchaser agrees to neuter or spay this cat between the ages of six (6) months and one (1) year after birth if the kitten is not already altered.
  6.  If, at any time prior to the cat's first birthday, the cat should develop an indisputable hereditary defect precluding the cat's ability to be reasonably suited as a pet, the seller will either provide a full refund of the purchase price of the cat, or a replacement cat, the option to be at the Seller's discretion.
  7. The purchaser further agrees and guarantees that this cat will not be used at stud or for breeding. 
  8. We do not immunize for FIP (feline infectious peritonitis) or FeLV (feline leukemia virus) and if these treatments are implemented, then ALL HEALTH GUARANTEES IMPLIED OR SPECIFIED WILL BECOME NULL AND VOID. These vaccines can depress the immune system of healthy cats. All of our cats are FIP and FeLV negative.
  9. In the event of the Purchaser being unable to maintain the kitten/cat, I, the breeder, reserve the right of first refusal no matter what the age is - to repossess the cat.
  10. This kitten/cat may not be sold, given or donated to any person without my prior consent.

No binding agreement is made either by phone or written enquiry.
A contract is not valid between the Breeder and Purchaser until a signed copy of the contract has been received by the Breeder.

    **Seller Recommendations**

  • The cat should be isolated from other pets for at least one week for cat to acclimate to its new surroundings.
  • Any changes to the cats diet should be made slowly as sudden diet changes may result in episodes of diarrhea.
  • The cat should be fed premium cat food. Your kitten has been fed Purina Kitten dry food. It is recommended that your kitten have access to dry food and fresh water at all times and be kept on a solid kitten food diet until the kitten reaches the age of 12 months old. Other brands highly recommended are Royal Canin Feline Nutrition Growth 24, and Eukanuba Kitten Formula. All of these brands may be found in specialty pet stores.
  • The cat should be given frequent and kind human attention, providing this cat with a generous amount of play and exercise.
  • The cat should not be caged with the exception of short-term confinement if necessary.
  • When using clumping litter ALWAY monitor kittens. Sometimes a kitten will eat kitty litter and if ingested, it is reported that the clumping types can cause intestinal blockages. Your kitten is now litter trained and has been using Dr. Elsey's Precious Cat Ultra litter.


An addendum may be added to make the
above contract a little more flexible

A neuter of show quality standard can be upgraded to show/breed quality, and therefore, for breeding provided the purchaser undertakes to show the animal and it proves itself on the show bench. However, should this arise, an additional fee will become payable to the breeder
